its eat wood like crazy! I'm using them to debark a red oak stump. I could see using them to shape anything that you don't need a super smooth finish. I've had construction projects in the past where I could have used these on some framing. Really cool tool to have for your grinder, especially if you have a cordless grinder.
I'm new to carving wood and figured this set would be handy to have. The grinding wheels are effortless in carving through hardwood (Tulipwood in this case), leaving a sharp, smooth, and clean surface. It was easy to control and use with my angle grinder.No issues to use and happy to have this product. A handy tool to have for woodworking!
This is just what I needed. Shaped the flag quickly and allowed me to switch to a flap disk for smoothing out !
