Returns:

For a return to be eligible, the item must remain unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will conduct an inspection and promptly notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request. In the event of approval, your refund will be processed, with the credited amount automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.

Exchanges:

We facilitate exchanges for defective products. Should you receive a defective item and wish to exchange it for the same product, kindly inform us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To initiate an exchange, please follow the return instructions provided for defective products. Upon receipt of the returned item and confirmation of the defect, we will dispatch a replacement item to you at no additional expense.

Should the desired item be unavailable for exchange or out of stock, we will promptly issue a refund for the returned product.
