Exchanges:

We facilitate exchanges for defective products. Should you receive a defective item and wish to exchange it for the same product, kindly inform us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To initiate an exchange, please follow the return instructions provided for defective products. Upon receipt of the returned item and confirmation of the defect, we will dispatch a replacement item to you at no additional expense.
